Day 172 - Paint shop

Today, I went to the paint shop to see how it's going along. Pete complemented the build, which was nice! (He said I was an engineer at heart) We settled on the colour (Rover Amaranth Pearlescent - KMN 1223), and I took some pictures of my car in bits (I was a bit surprised they'd taken it apart), but primered.
In case you're wondering, the dark patches are used so they can judge the levels when they sand it down - so it'll be nice and level. I'll pop down next weekend, and take some pictures of it hopefully done. Oh, and I booked the SVA for the 24th. So that's 23 days left to go! |
