This evening, I took some measurements of the handbrake and gearstick gaiters, and started to make the handbrake gaiter.

I started off making a template (this didn't want to be photographed):

And I then made the gaiter - this was the second one I made, as I accidentally put the seam at the top, rather than the bottom (oops!).

There's a cable-tie in this, to allow it to grip onto the handbrake handle.

I need to make a bracket to hold it, so it can clamp onto the existing panel.
