We've had a series of rainy weekends, and I've been doing a few more things with the radiator ducting during the course of several evenings.
I bonded some aluminium brackets to the top of the front section - this will allow me to bolt the front section of the panel.

I also extended the bottom of the fixed bit

I needed a wiper arm; I got one for the rear of a Ford Mondeo.

It's a bit longer than necessary, so I needed to cut 23cm out of it.

And I then welded it.

And finally painted it.

I won't know if it'll actually work until I fit it - but it looks similar to the Citroen one I'm meant to use.
Eventually, the charge cooler radiator fan turned up, so I removed the earlier one, and fitted this one - a much better fit!

I also had my bonnet alignment pins and door pins arrive.

Unfortunately, it's about 10mm too long, but I'll cut it down.
I then bolted the front panel to the bits I'd bonded to the top. These are temporary bolts - I'll need to put some washers in later on, but this is fine for the moment.
