Again, due to the number of rainy days we've had, coupled with my laptop dying on me (it's now fixed), this is another accumulation of several of them.
I bought a new trolley jack - a nice Snap-On one which has a very low clearance - ideal for lifting the front of the Aeon.

I then fitted the alignment pins I'd had made

I also needed to change the angle of the near-side rear section. This was done by shortening the lower mounting plate.

And then it was the pins for the Aerocatches - which locked quite nicely.

Another day, I finally got around to fitting the electrics box.

Although I'll probably put some rivnuts in place instead, to make it easier to undo.
I then covered the back with aluminium shielding - this isn't high-temperature stuff as this is the intake side.

And with the cover in place.

I got the engine cover, and trimmed down the corner because it sticks up too much.

The next thing to do was put some washers on the steering mechanism - and I also managed to get a few more turns out of the rack, so it now looks a little toe-in.

I trimmed down the inside of the sills.

I also put the steering rack covers on.

And made a panel to protect the windscreen heater/blower from being covered in dirt/water.
