My to-do list that I keep on my PDA is now just one page long, so it was a day to get as many of them finished as possible.
Firstly, I replaced some M6 ordinary nuts with nyloc nuts that hold the intake panelling in place.

And I replaced the Aerocatches with some externally mounted ones (although later on I removed one).

The bolts will be replaced by stainless bolts after painting.
Next, it was the final piece of GRP that I picked up on the first day at Aeon - the rear diffuser. I used some M5 bolts to hold it in place, and some Sikaflex at the back.

I needed to cut a hole around the exhaust, so it firstly doesn't overheat the GRP, and also to allow the rear section to open.

And then I filled the charge cooler with water (it's tinted blue by the antifreeze which allowed me to see how much of the system had been filled).

The rear bulkhead needed some rubber edging on it.

And I then sanded down the body filler I'd put on last week, and then put some more filler on, took it down and finally a thin later of stopper.
Another thing I did was to fit rivnuts to the electric casing (as I'd mentioned earlier).
I need to get some resin so I can bond some bolts in the sills that are currenty just epoxy resined in place - this will make it easier to bolt the sill in place.
