Today's weather forecast was nothing like it actually was. It was meant to be cloudy with sunny spells. Instead, it was showery with a sunny spell. Still, I wanted to get the new sills I got from Aeon yesterday fitted.

These are coloured black, so it'll be closer to the finished colour.
Firstly, I cut out slots to allow it to fit around the diagonal bars in the sides.

I then got some 15x25mm right angle brackets and rivetted them to the bottom chasss rail.

I used some M5 rivnuts in the bottom of the sill to bolt it to this bracket, and drilled some M8 bolt holes in the top - using the same holes as for the other sills.

And then, some really dark clouds was coming over, so I just put the front brake cables in place (the ones Aeon did), and put the car away - it was really chucking it down as I was finishing putting the car away.
